Business Development Manager - iVolve

This isn’t your average Business Development Manager role — you’ll be front and centre in enabling one of the industry’s biggest names to take our Mine4D and Smart Quarry Site solutions to market. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and enabling partners to succeed.
In this role, you’ll act as the key link between iVolve and Komatsu Australia, driving sales growth by building strong relationships, enabling teams, and developing joint sales initiatives. Leading training, manage pipeline and account strategies, ensure CRM best practices, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Finance to deliver customer success and commercial impact.
Location: Welshpool, WA
You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in business development, channel sales, or partner management.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and building partner trust.
- Understanding of mining or quarrying operations – OEM experience highly regarded.
- Strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- An entrepreneurial self-starter mindset with the ability to work across regions.
- Flexibility to travel across Australia as needed.
