The Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join our team based in Maddington, WA
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient, profitable operation of this area of our business.
Roster / Hours: Monday to Friday / 7 AM to 3:00 PM (Start times can be flexible)
The Role:

Allocate work from the service system, considering skills requirements & location of work

Collect, input, and send off all Technician timesheets for authorization

Compile work list from incoming customer requests

Liaise with the spare parts department regarding the supply of spare parts for repair and service work

Review the progress of jobs in service

Liaise with customers regarding enquiries or complaints and complete incident reports as required

Complete general administration duties as requested
The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to meet deadlines and effective time management of administrative functions

Good computer literacy skills

Ability to demonstrate business acumen, effective reporting, literacy, and numeracy skills

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Ability to compile information required for warranty claims
