Training Specialist

You won’t just deliver training. You’ll own it, shape it and take it global.

From building frameworks to enabling partners worldwide, you’ll play a key role in how our products are understood, adopted, and loved.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and refresh existing training content (make it better, sharper, smarter).
• Build and expand end-to-end training programmes across the customer lifecycle.
• Create role-based learning paths for users, partners and internal teams.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person & remote).
• Develop train-the-trainer programmes to scale globally.
• Align training with product releases, updates, and real-world customer needs.
• Work closely with product, engineering, support, and sales teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in training, enablement or learning design (SaaS or tech preferred).
• Mining or Quarry industry experience is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems and teach others.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support.
• Strong documentation and content development skills.
• Flexibility to travel if required.
• Bonus points for experience with:
• LMS / training tools
• Jira / Confluence
• Mining, fleet management or industrial tech
