The Role

Join Komatsu Forklifts as a Spare Parts Interpreter and be the go-to expert for parts sales, enquiries and support. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers and technicians moving by delivering fast, accurate and professional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpret parts requirements for internal teams and external customers.
• Prepare quotes and process parts orders and invoices.
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory levels.
• Coordinate freight, courier bookings and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate system data and documentation.
• Support inter-branch transfers and stock movements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Location: Prestons, NSW

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a parts interpreter or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Comfortable using computer systems (ERP / parts systems).
• Forklift licence (desirable).
