The Role
Join Komatsu Forklifts as a Spare Parts Interpreter and be the go-to expert for parts sales, enquiries and support. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers and technicians moving by delivering fast, accurate and professional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpret parts requirements for internal teams and external customers.
- Prepare quotes and process parts orders and invoices.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory levels.
- Coordinate freight, courier bookings and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate system data and documentation.
- Support inter-branch transfers and stock movements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Location: Prestons, NSW
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a parts interpreter or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts manuals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Comfortable using computer systems (ERP / parts systems).
- Forklift licence (desirable).
