We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Aftermarket Service team at Mt Thorley. In this exciting role, you'll support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of major equipment rebuild and service projects for mining customers across the Hunter Valley region. Working closely with Service, Parts, Finance and Administration teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, on time and within budget.
You'll be responsible for coordinating schedules, procurement activities, subcontractors, project reporting, cost tracking and project close-out activities while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. What we are looking for:
- Minimum three years' experience in project coordination, service coordination, maintenance planning or a similar role.
- Experience within mining, heavy equipment, construction, manufacturing or industrial services environments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience monitoring project costs, labour utilisation and progress against schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Certificate IV in Project Management Practice, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Current Driver's Licence
