Be the backbone of safety and compliance across Komatsu’s national contractor network.

 

We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy professional to strengthen governance, elevate contractor standards, and power the engine behind our national contractor management framework.

 

 What You’ll Own

  • Lead and maintain the KOMsafe Contractor Management System, ensuring data integrity, compliance and ISO 45001 alignment.
  • Drive contractor classification, insurance compliance, and prequalification with precision.
  • Support national audits, assurance activities, reporting, and HSSE administration.
  • Coordinate seamless contractor onboarding into Komatsu’s safety and operational standards.
  • Develop training resources and provide expert guidance on contractor systems and processes.
  • Undertake other HSE Administrative tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail in compliance-driven or high-volume admin environments.
  • Confidence navigating system-based workflows and digital platforms.
  • A genuine passion for HSE/OHS and risk management.
  • Experience in contractor operations, procurement/vendor management, ISO environments, or Komatsu systems (highly regarded).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong planning, organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to train others to use the Contractor Management System.

 

Highly Regarded Qualifications

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
  • Cert IV in Business Administration, Governance, or Compliance.
  • Training in risk or contractor management systems.
