The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Komatsu as Branch Manager for our high performing Invercargill site, leading the day-to-day operations of our Southland branch and driving strong outcomes across Service, Parts and Product Support.
As Branch Manager, you’ll take full operational accountability for branch performance, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable outcomes while delivering exceptional support to customers across the region.
You’ll lead a small but capable team, working closely with internal departments including Service, Parts, Supply Chain and Warranty to strengthen operational performance, customer relationships and aftermarket growth throughout the South Island.
This role is ideal for a proven leader from the heavy equipment, construction, mining, transport or industrial sectors who enjoys balancing people leadership, customer engagement and commercial accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading branch operations across Service, Parts and aftermarket support to deliver safe, profitable and customer-focused outcomes
- Driving branch performance through strong leadership, financial management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the South Island through regular engagement and support
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with safety, operational and company standards

What we are looking for:
- Leadership experience within heavy equipment, construction, mining, transport or industrial industries
- Strong operational and commercial management capability
- Experience leading service, parts or aftermarket operations
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive performance outcomes
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting and cost management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current driver’s licence
