The Opportunity
This role is responsible for interpreting, processing, and expediting service parts requests across various channels for Komatsu New Zealand products. It involves managing stock orders, branch transfers, customer orders, and supporting service workshops with parts for ongoing jobs. Additionally, the role requires timely follow-up on quotes and proactive customer engagement to promote and sell parts, ensuring sales opportunities are fully maximized.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role Located: Christchurch - Branch
What we are looking for
- Experience in Parts interpretation for Mining/Earthmoving Equipment.
- Experience with computerized Inventory Control Systems.
- Prepare, pack and load orders without damage for dispatching in a timely manner to meet customer expectations, as per policies and procedures for safe transportation.
- Perform duties in a manner that adheres to health, safety, and environmental standards, by protecting personal health and that of others while reducing environmental impacts.
- Promotes the company and its products positively following quality assurance type processes and identifies quality problems to report when arising and suggesting remedies.
