The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Regional Capability Lead to help us stay ahead of the curve by ensuring our people have the technical skills to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a training and development professional who’s passionate about workforce capability, continuous improvement, and partnering with leaders to make a real impact.
You will focus on the workforce’s competence, future development and targeted training initiatives that directly support Komatsu’s strategic goals. Working closely with regional leadership, BPs and the broader Capability team, your responsibilities will include: identifying skills gaps, conducting needs analysis, monitoring training effectiveness, collaborating, driving certification process, reporting regularly, supporting apprentices managing budgets.
We are open to considering applications within Fairfield, NSW region for the right individual.
