The Opportunity:
Due to internal growth, we have two newly created positions available for experienced technicians to join the Melbourne Preventative Maintenance team. These roles will involve travelling in a modern purpose-built service truck, carrying lubricants and service parts throughout the Melbourne area, providing service and minor repairs to the full range of Komatsu Construction equipment. These positions will work on a Monday – Friday roster with regular overtime available. In addition to overtime, you will be paid a tool allowance. You will also receive a mobile phone, laptop, uniforms, and tool of trade vehicle.
Join Komatsu's dedicated team at our Campbellfield Branch as a Technician – Preventative Maintenance
Roster: Monday - Friday between 7:30AM – 4:00PM
Role Located: Campbellfield
Remuneration: $36 - $55 per Hour + tool allowance + overtime
What we are looking for:
- Current MR Drivers Licence
- Heavy Mechanical trade certificate (Certified Diesel or Mobile Plant preferred).
- Previous experience with earthmoving maintenance (Komatsu equipment experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills
- An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment
- Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
- Forklift Licence (advantageous, not essential)
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
