The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our service team in our Auckland Branch. With safety as the highest of priorities, this role is also responsible for maintaining a high level of service to meet the expectations of our customers.
Join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee parts management for service operations, ensure timely invoicing of work in progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your focus will include preparing accurate condition reports and quotes, monitoring service KPIs. Safety is paramount, and you’ll champion zero-harm practices across all activities.
As a leader, you’ll inspire and develop your team. This includes providing training, mentoring, and coaching to create a positive employee experience. You’ll guide team members to achieve operational excellence while fostering a culture of growth and accountability. What we are looking for:
- Qualified Plant Technician preferably with Komatsu experience
- Demonstrated Leadership experience and capability
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Estimation & Contract Maintenance experience
