Sales Support Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Sales Support & Shared Services Manager to oversee all post-sale machinery processes and lead our shared services team. You’ll coordinate end‑to‑end sales order fulfilment, support rental operations, and ensure branches receive exceptional service and parts administration support.

This role is critical and the backbone of our NZ team in ensuring accurate, timely machine delivery and seamless communication across Sales, PDI, Service, Logistics, and Customer Support.

Lead a high performing team of 6 across our 6 branches in NZ.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in an Automotive, Machinery or Parts based industry
• Experience managing a team in shared services or administrative support
• Strong organisational and project management capability
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional processes
• Competent user of Microsoft Office; SAP/Dynamics AX/Baseplan experience desirable
• Problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of the machinery industry is an advantage
