We’re looking for a dynamic Parts Manager to lead our New Zealand operations across new and used parts, key account management, inventory planning, and logistics.   As Parts Manager you will drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the board.

 

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aftermarket, this is a rare opportunity to own and grow a critical part of our business.  You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of our parts operations - new and used, while managing key accounts, overseeing inventory planning, and ensuring seamless warehousing and logistics.    

 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering results.  You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  Your ability to interpret financials, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic actions will be key to your success.

 

With proven leadership experience, ideally in customer service or supply chain you’ll be ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact. Y our knowledge of parts or service operations, combined with your ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities, will set you apart.

Role Located:  Auckland with frequent travel across New Zealand
