The Opportunity:
Make a difference as the National Sales Support Coordinator in Auckland, where you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales team across New Zealand and helping keep equipment transactions moving from order through to delivery.
In this position, you will work closely with sales, PDI, warehousing, transport and internal stakeholders, coordinating a high volume of activity across both new and used equipment.
As you manage quotes, sales orders, attachments, stock accuracy, purchase orders, transport coordination and delivery administration, you will also help ensure processes are followed, systems are used effectively and important details are handled accurately.
Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, office-based environment, with the opportunity to build your expertise across sales support, coordination and continuous improvement.
Role Located: Auckland
Roster: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm (office-based)

What we are looking for:
- Strong administration and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with orders, stock, serial numbers and process-driven activities
- Confidence to work independently, use initiative and support process improvement rather than relying on constant direction
- Clear communication skills and the resilience to work with a range of personalities across sales and internal teams
- Experience in sales support, coordination, branch administration, logistics or a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar business systems (beneficial)
