We’re looking for a people-first leader to support our Aftermarket operations across Auckland and Whangārei. Two branches. One mission: build a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You’ll have full accountability for branch performance — from culture to commercial results.

  • Coach, develop and inspire teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety and pride.
  • Set clear expectations and lift capability.
  • Create an environment where people actually want to perform.
  • Deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets.
  • Manage WIP, utilisation, budgets and stock integrity.
  • Keep operations sharp, efficient and customer-focused.
  • Focus on improvement opportunities and act on them.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Get out on site and stay connected to the action.
  • Ensure best-in-class aftermarket support.

What You Bring

 

You’re customer focused, practical, decisive and fair. You lead with integrity and expect high standards; from yourself and others.

 

  • 5+ years across Parts and Service in heavy equipment, mining or construction.
  • Proven leadership experience (you build teams that deliver).
  • Strong commercial acumen; you understand the numbers.
  • Confidence managing multiple sites.
  • Clear communication and high accountability.
