Komatsu Forklift Australia promote, sell, hire and service the full range Komatsu and OMG forklifts, from powered pallet trucks through to 25 tonne container handlers with niche products also available to ensure that we have the right solution for our customer's needs.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to take the reins of a well-established territory spanning South Australia and the Northern Territory. This is a high-impact role selling various sizes of new and used forklifts and growing our presence in the rental market. You'll have the autonomy to manage your region, backed by a respected brand, a solid customer base, and uncapped commissions on top of a competitive base salary.

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + super + car allowance + uncapped commission

What we are looking for:

Proven technical sales experience in a related industry (e.g. capital equipment, hire/rental, materials handling)

Forklift sales experience is a strong advantage, but not essential

Demonstrated ability to build and execute a business development plan — including proactive client outreach and lead generation

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise inbound enquiries while managing a dynamic sales pipeline

A consultative sales style, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions to senior decision-makers
