The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our Wollongong branch is looking for a Resident Field Service Technician to service our customers in and around West Wyalong / Forbes NSW area.
This position is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

As a Resident Field Service Technician, you'll get to start your day from home, you do not need to drive into the branch each day!
Role Located: West Wyalong area
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday: 7:30 to 4pm + overtime
Remuneration: Annual Earnings are $110,000 to $200,000 + super.
What we are looking for:
- Must have
- Cert III or Equivalent in Mobile Plant Mechanics or
- Certificate iii in heavy commercial vehicle mechanical or
- Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology, or
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanic with some exposure on Mobile Plant Equipment
- Experience working as a Field Service Technician is preferred with exposure to breakdown, repairs and diagnostics
- A Valid driver’s Licence
- LR, MR or HR license
- Auto Electrical experience (Desirable) - Opportunity for Dual Trade training
- Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
