The Opportunity

Komatsu is seeking a Service Scheduler in Welshpool to manage and schedule preventative maintenance for our Perth service department.

 

You will coordinate technicians, parts, and customers to ensure every job is completed on time, safely, and to Komatsu standards.

 

You will maximise service efficiency, reduce downtime, and build strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive planning.

 

Using systems like Dynamics and Komserv, you will manage technician hours, schedule tasks, and consolidate resources for each service.

Role Located: Welshpool – free onsite parking

What we are looking for:

  • Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
  • Excellent computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems. Previous knowledge of AX / Dynamics respected
  • Knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships
  • Appropriate demeanor for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service
  • Proven experience in Scheduling / Planning roles
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales
