The Opportunity

Join Komatsu in Welshpool as a Service Parts Coordinator and work with a great team of supportive colleagues.

You’ll be part of our Perth Service Department by sourcing, consolidating, and managing parts orders while also supporting our Administraton Team.

Your work ensures every service job has the right parts on time, coordinating with vendors and internal sites for smooth delivery.

We’re seeking someone experienced in parts sourcing, logistics, and service cases who can provide strong administrative support to the department.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

• Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite
• Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships
• Comprehensive Understanding of Parts Sales / DC Warehouse
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
