The Opportunity

Join our Welshpool branch as a Branch Administrator, providing essential administrative and clerical support to our service operations. In this varied role, you will manage payroll processing, service invoicing including customer RCTI requirements, data entry, purchase and dispatch activities, customer service support, and general office administration to help keep the branch running efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process payroll, service invoicing and customer RCTI requirements.
• Manage purchasing, dispatch activities and local option WIP cases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, invoicing and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate records while supporting safe and efficient branch operations.

Roster: 5:2

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar administration, branch support or service role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
• A self-motivated and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
