Join the Komatsu Training Academy and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of world-class technical training. From preparing machines and tooling for practical workshops to building training aids and keeping our facilities running at their best, no two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced trainers and help develop the future of Komatsu technicians.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing tooling, components, and equipment for training courses.
- Building, maintaining, and repairing training aids and workshop equipment.
- Managing tool inventory, storage, and dispatch of training equipment.
- Supporting trainers during practical training sessions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised training facility.
- Coordinating quotes, deliveries, safety inspections, and general workshop support.
What We’re Looking For:
You'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A mechanical aptitude (mobile plant, automotive, heavy vehicle or similar).
- A forklift licence (Essential).
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Auto electrical experience or a trade background will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
