The Opportunity
Join Komatsu Training Academy as a Training Assistant and help power a world-class training environment.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and coordinate tools and training aids for every class.
- Keep our Welshpool training facility clean, safe, and ready to go.
- Support trainers during practical sessions and machine repairs.
- Organise tool storage, manage inventory, and source quotes.
- Handle logistics for simulators and road cases.
What we’re looking for:
- A great attitude – this is highly important.
- A self-starter who works confidently and independently.
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude ( a plus).
- Clear communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Trade qualification or Cert IV Training & Assessment desirable, not essential.
