The Opportunity:

Join our Remanufacturing workshop at Komatsu in Welshpool on a 5:2 day shift roster where quality, teamwork, and innovation drive everything we do.

You’ll be part of a great team and work on a variety of jobs including strips and builds of Powertrain components – Axle Assy , Final Drives, Differential, Transmission, Engine Assy to exacting standards, meet production targets, and contribute to continuous improvement across the workshop.

You’ll work alongside a professional team that values respect, collaboration, and efficiency, with leaders who support your growth and development.

Roster: Monday to Friday - day shift only

Annualised Wages: $92,160 up to $130,000/yr + super

Role Located: Welshpool

What we are looking for:

• Plant Mechanic trade certificate or equivalent

• Proven experience working with heavy mobile plant

• Prior experience with remanufacturing components

• Commitment to safety for yourself and others
