The Opportunity:

 

As the PDI Quality Assurance Coordinator, your role is to investigate and implement measures to improve component quality.

 

You will also conduct thorough inspections during production and suggest process enhancements.

 

Additionally, you will be involved in training workshop employees on industry best practices and regulations.

 

Working with the broader team, you’ll need to collaborate on strategies to minimize mechanical failures and meet warranty targets.

What we are looking for:

  • Thorough understanding production processes and practices
  • Thorough understanding of Quality Management and Continuous Improvements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with internal and inter-company contacts and to demonstrate a commitment and understanding of what is required to create a customer focused manufacturing support environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills supported by the ability to communicate at all levels of the Komatsu Australia structure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
