The Opportunity:

 

Based at our Welshpool campus, we are seeking an enthusiastic Training Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Training team. 

 

As a critical member of the team, you will be customer focused and be responsible for phone and inbox enquiries, customer service support, invoicing, data entry, and general administration duties associated with the RTO and capability teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the handling of incoming calls and client enquiries, including coordination on the day of students attending training ensuring that customers both internal and external are provided with optimal levels of service.
  • Data entry and processing of students’ enrolments, schedule confirmations, attendance records, training progress and completions
  • Maintenance of student data and files in accordance with RTO policies and compliance requirements
  • Assisting in provisions for campus courses and room scheduling
  • Completing invoices, purchase orders and purchase requisitions efficiently, timely and accurately.
  • Ordering of site consumables, PPE, catering, uniforms, office supplies & merchandise
  • General administration duties e.g. scanning, copying and other administration duties as directed by Management
  • Working effectively with other departments, branches, and regions to establish Komatsu Training Academy as a premium training provider

 

 

Working Hours: 7 am – 3 pm, Monday to Friday on site

Salary: Up to $81,500 + super + bonus

Location: Welshpool

What we are looking for:

  • Previous RTO experience working with Student Management and Learning Management Systems (aXcelerate) highly desirable
  • Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook  
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, maintains a professional manner at all times
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as required.
