As a Technology Solutions Trainer, you'll stand at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with esteemed industry experts and playing a pivotal role in reshaping the industries landscape.
Based at our Welshpool branch, you’ll engage with cutting-edge advancements in digital construction solutions, autonomous machinery, and intelligent machine technologies. You will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on Komatsu's Intelligent Machine Control and 3D Machine Guidance technologies to internal teams, customers, and partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that stakeholders fully understand and utilise the power of our advanced machine technology to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and safety. What we are looking for:
- Proven ability in training and assessment with an agile approach
- STEM qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation
- Customer-focused, with strong internal relationship skills
- Professional, adaptable, and cooperative
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- Demonstrated experience in mining, construction, training, technology, or IoT
- Experience in civil construction, survey practices, or training (desirable)
- Familiarity with automation, IoT, or IIoT (desirable)
- Flexible with travel
