The Opportunity:
As the Service Manager at Komatsu, you will oversee the Regional Labour Support Group (RLSG) with employees working at multiple locations around Western Australia.
The RLSG team works with various customer’s and Komatsu branches to maintain mobile equipment and provide outstanding customer service.
A key part of your role is to manage the operational and financial performance of the group. You will be working closely with our Regional Service team and wider business to optimise customer support, and improve business processes.
You must promote and demonstrate a safe working culture, and be committed to safety for all team members.
Role Located: Welshpool, WA
Roster: Option to work 9 day fortnight (Every 2nd Friday is an RDO)

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills
- Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management
- Willing to recruit, develop, and coach team members
- Ability to build on a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments
- Background in mining and earth moving industry or similar experience
- Ability to analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly
