This role is an integral part of the Western Region team. As the Service Manager – Northern, you will have the opportunity to lead and support our Pilbara and Northern Territory branches including Port Hedland, Tom Price, Newman, Darwin, Regional Labour Support Group and Central Warranty team with a focus on safety, productivity and total operational performance for your region.

Location: Welshpool WA – with frequent travel requirements to customers and branches

Days of work: Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant tertiary or trade qualification coupled with strong industry-related experience
  • Leadership or management qualifications
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of employees
  • Demonstrated OEM experience is advantageous
  • Showcased enthusiasm for leading teams, shaping growth, and optimising an already established team
  • Exhibiting a keen business sense and the capability to spot opportunities that boost revenue
  • Skill in assessing workplace risks and promptly executing necessary changes
  • Effectively communicate the vision and strategy for your region to employees, offering clear direction and guidance
