The Opportunity

 

We are looking for our next Senior Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with our largest national and global customers. You’ll own the full customer relationship, drive multi-year account plans, and align Komatsu’s aftermarket solutions to business goals. This role leads initiatives across fleet optimisation, TCO reduction, and digital integration while managing executive engagement and performance reporting. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, negotiating long-term agreements, and ensuring account profitability. As the key contact for C-suite stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and connect internal teams to customer priorities.

What we are looking for:

 

Customer Focus

  • Mining operations knowledge: Deep understanding of customer operations, production goals, and equipment lifecycle in mining environments

Sales Strategies

  • Ability to develop long-term, multi-site growth strategies aligned with customer goals
  • Leads change programs within accounts, e.g., innovation projects, digital transformation pilots

Sales Planning

  • Uses CRM and reporting tools for account planning, opportunity tracking, and strategic reviews

Commercial Acumen

  • Skilled in negotiating, structuring, and executing high-value agreements with global/national customers.

Customer Focus

  • Coordinates with internal teams across regions to execute integrated account strategies

Relationship Management

  • Builds and maintains relationships with senior decision-makers; able to influence C-suite strategy
