The Opportunity
Be the driving force behind Komatsu’s rental team in Perth.
As the Rental Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships with civil contractors, mining companies, and other key clients needing rental earthmoving equipment.
Ideally you’ll enjoy being out of the office meeting customers, finding new opportunities, and managing accounts.
You’ll also handle delivery logistics, coordinate with operations, and ensure smooth service from start to finish.
In these early stages, you’ll take an active role in both sales and operations, helping shape the team’s growth.

Roster: Monday to Friday, based on customer requirements
Role Located: Welshpool, WA
Earning Potential: Competitive base salary + highly attractive commission structure + 12% superannuation + company vehicle

What we are looking for:
- Sales experience with a strong track record in business development and account management
- In-depth knowledge of earthmoving equipment, construction applications, and the rental market
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with clients
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, as you'll spend significant time in the field visiting customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for building something new and growing a business from the ground up
- Local market knowledge of Western Australia is highly valued
