The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager – Machine Delivery to lead the delivery of Komatsu mining equipment to customer sites, ensuring machines are delivered, assembled, and commissioned safely, on time, and to specification.
You will work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers, driving performance from contract award through to final handover. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes while maintaining disciplined control over safety and compliance, quality, schedule, and cost to achieve successful deliveries.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive world-class equipment delivery. Partnering with Service, Sales, and Operations teams, you will lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder engagement and collaboration, and ensure all contractual commitments are met and equipment is delivered efficiently and professionally.

What we are looking for:
- Customer focused individual with mining or similar industry experience
- Experience assembling and delivering equipment, and leading and supporting teams to deliver results
- Ability to analyse workplace risks and implement the necessary changes promptly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Ability to carry out operational analysis and provide constructive ideas and solutions to obstacles
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow the Komatsu brand and drive business growth
- Sound understanding and ability to present financial and operational reports, and manage key deliverables
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Computer literacy and competency in Windows suite programs
- Readiness to travel regularly and at short notice
