What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering leadership and capability programs.
  • Supporting talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness projects.
  • Facilitating workshops, training, and development activities.
  • Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
  • Using data and insights to recommend solutions and measure success.
  • Supporting change initiatives and embedding best practice OD strategies.

What we are looking for:

 

  • A solid understanding of Learning & Development or Adult Learning Principles.
  • 5 years of experience in Leadership Development and Capability Development or similar.
  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Coaching and profiling qualifications would be highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of leadership theories, talent management practices, adult learning principles, and emerging trends in these areas.
  • Advanced facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer focus skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organisation.
