The Opportunity

Are you a natural organiser with a knack for keeping complex teams running smoothly? We’re looking for a Mining Automation Coordinator to support our fast-paced Mining Automation division — a key role at the heart of a dynamic and growing team.

 

In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the GM, Project and Area Managers, Training and Contract Coordination teams. You’ll also play a critical part in maintaining service excellence by tracking our performance against the Customer Support Charter.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage all admin functions across the Mining Automation team.
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Drive high standards in customer support and service delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments to keep workflows efficient and aligned.
  • Help maintain safety standards by identifying and actioning workplace risks.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience in mining operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven customer service expertise with a proactive mindset.
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal – across all levels.
  • Experience with mine site travel bookings or exposure to project coordination.
  • Business Administration qualification (desirable).
