If you’re an experienced HSE Advisor looking for a role that’s as energetic and fast-paced as you are — we want to meet you!
We’re searching for a proactive HSE Advisor to join our team in Welshpool working across a truly diverse operational environment, leading incident investigations and risk assessments with precision and practicality.
One moment you’ll be in our heavy vehicle manufacturing workshop, the next you’ll be supporting component rebuilds, distribution centre operations, or even diving into our service workshop or construction and utilities facility.
You’ll be instrumental in mentoring our teams, influencing a strong safety culture with confidence and a smile supporting our internal and external stakeholders.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract for parental leave cover.
Role Located: Welshpool – free onsite parking

What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in workplace health and safety
- A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative, collaborative approach
- High levels of self-motivation, time management skills, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
