The Opportunity:

 

The purpose of this position is to ensure all customer quotations, estimations and Gantt charts (where required) are compiled and provided in line with Komatsu Australia policies, procedures and customer service standards. You will be responsible for delivering detailed and accurate estimations and quotations, supporting project planning activities, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role works closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, professional solutions while identifying opportunities to add value and support continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Compile and present estimations and quotations to a professional standard.
  • Ensure estimations and quotations are detailed, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop and provide project management tools, including Gantt charts, to support customer projects.
  • Complete pre- and post-shutdown reviews and provide accurate information to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service that meets both customer and company expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping across all work activities.
  • Organise day-to-day activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for additional products and services.

 

Role Located:  Welshpool

 

Roster: Monday – Friday

 What you’ll need:

 

  • Minimum 3 years mobile maintenance equipment estimation/quoting experience
  • MS Office suite experience is essential, MS Project experience desirable
  • A Trade Qualification is desirable
