Customer Support Representative

The Opportunity:
This role exists to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and technically sound support across parts, orders, and delivery, helping to keep our customers equipment operating safely and efficiently.
This is an office-based role, with work from home flexibility available after successful completion of the probation period.
This position fills a key availability gap in the team, working a Friday to Monday roster (38 hours across 4 days), including Public Holidays where applicable. A $9,000 annual uplift applies to compensate for weekend and Public Holiday coverage.
To support onboarding and success, the successful applicant will initially work a standard Monday to Friday roster for the first few months, building capability in Komatsu systems, processes, and product range before transitioning to the roster.

What You Will Do
- Support customers with parts interpretation, order processing and technical enquiries
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone and email
- Interpret parts and provide accurate quotations and technical guidance
- Manage critical orders, backorders, and sourcing of parts
- Process sales orders accurately within company systems
- Support front counter enquiries and cash sales where required
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehousing, and technical teams to deliver outcomes
- Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, and customer service targets

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in parts interpreting or customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude, ideally within earthmoving, mining, or industrial equipment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Experience with inventory, warehousing, or supply chain systems is advantageous
