The Opportunity:

As a Customer Projects Coordinator – Receivals, you will own the coordination and control of receivals activities supporting Customer Projects, shutdowns, and remanufacturing operations.
You will act as the primary point of control for inbound components and core returns, ensuring material is received, triaged, and processed in line with Komatsu policy, customer commitments, and production priorities.
This role plays a critical part in protecting customer delivery performance, core cycle times, and shutdown readiness by ensuring receivals decisions are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated across the business.
You will work closely with Customers, Sales, Planning, DC Operations, Receivals, Remanufacturing, and Production teams to manage competing priorities and resolve issues before they impact the customer.

 

Role Located:  Welshpool WA
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM

 What we are looking for:

• Experience with receivals, core returns, inventory control, or sales order processing in a complex operational environment
• Understanding of production, remanufacturing, or supply chain workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under time pressure
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholder groups, including customers and internal operations teams
• Strong attention to detail and system discipline
• Clear communicator who can explain decisions and set expectations
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently within defined processes
