The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic DC Supervisor who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to keep operations running smoothly. If you're passionate about safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost—this is your chance to lead a team to success!

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Leading and supervising warehouse shifts to ensure safety, stock management, receiving, and dispatch functions are all firing on all cylinders.
  • Managing a team of 15-20 direct reports, with occasional oversight of other teams working within your shift. It's all about cross-functional collaboration!
  • Keeping operations in line with Komatsu’s policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Being the go-to person for problem-solving and decision-making, maintaining productivity and quality throughout.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and building the skills of your team, driving their growth and success.
  • Maintaining a structured, empathetic, and deadline-driven approach while leading a high-performing team.

 

Roster: 8:6 from 8:00am – 18:30pm

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within a similar role managing complex priorities in a large organisation.
  • Proven strong people management skills, leading large teams.
  • Experience with MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications would be highly regarded.
  • Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license preferred.
