Field Service Technician

The Opportunity:

Join our field service team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality field service support across the Gold Coast.

Your responsibilities will include diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and coordinating service work directly with customers, ensuring strong service delivery and reliable equipment performance.

We're looking for a self-sufficient, highly organised, and customer-focused individual who can run their own jobs, manage paperwork and communication effectively, and bring strong Komatsu experience to the role.

A tool of trade truck will be provided.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Gold Coast

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Mobile Plant technician/tradesperson

• Previous field service experience as a fitter, ideally with civil equipment

• Strong ability to work autonomously, organise your own workload, and manage jobs from start to finish

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence using email, paperwork, and computer systems

• Strong troubleshooting methodology and attention to detail

• Minimum MR driver's licence required

• Proven ability to provide high quality customer service and coordinate directly with customers
