The Opportunity
Komatsu is looking for a highly organised Receivables Coordinator to manage core returns and support our remanufacturing (REMAN) operations. This customer-facing role is vital to ensuring a smooth, timely flow of components that supports regional REMAN sales targets, while upholding Komatsu’s operational standards and Customer Support Charter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect returned cores, ensuring safety and correct documentation
- Process returns through to production in line with policy and KPIs
- Manage core credits and outstanding core tracking
- Communicate special return types (e.g., Repair & Return) to internal teams
- Support continuous improvement across REMAN facilities
- Conduct inspections, scrapping, and stocktakes as required
