Komatsu is seeking a CSR Storeperson to join our Wacol Customer Support team in a 6-month fixed-term contract position.

This is a varied hybrid role supporting both warehouse operations and customer service functions across parts administration, inventory support and order fulfilment activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring parts are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high level of service to both internal and external customers.

Working closely with our Parts and Customer Support teams, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork and takes pride in delivering strong customer outcomes.

 

Role Located:  Wacol, QLD

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within warehouse, parts, customer service or administration environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Sound computer skills across Microsoft Office and warehouse/internal systems
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative team approach
  • Commitment to safety and delivering positive customer experiences
  • Experience with inventory, ordering, pick packing or parts operations highly regarded
  • Mechanical aptitude or exposure to heavy equipment industries advantageous
