The Opportunity:

 

Join Komatsu’s National Warehousing team as an Inventory Controller at our Wacol Distribution Centre. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring our customers receive the right parts at the right time across a large and diverse parts range.

This role is required onsite Monday to Friday, with core hours of 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm, working closely with warehouse operations, cycle counters, and national inventory stakeholders. What we are looking for:

  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing or supply chain operations
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and process discipline
  • Ability to investigate stock variances and maintain accurate records
  • Exposure to warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Physically capable of handling and counting heavy parts
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 6 Sigma or similar methodologies (advantageous)
  • Qualifications in logistics, business administration or similar (preferred)
