The Opportunity:

The Field Service - Supervisor role is a chance to step into a key leadership position with a global OEM that’s deeply invested in the growth of North Queensland. You’ll lead a team of skilled Technicians in the Field across Townsville and North Queensland region, ensuring safe, high‑quality service delivery for major construction customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide technicians, support apprentices, and shape the performance and culture of a growing field service team.

You’ll play a central role in how Komatsu supports the expanding construction fleet across the region, coordinating field service activities, allocating resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. With strong customer interaction, you’ll build trusted relationships and represent Komatsu’s commitment to lifecycle support and lowest total cost of ownership.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located:  Townsville – travel required within North Queensland region.

What we are looking for:

• Trade‑qualified Diesel Fitter (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading field service teams
• Strong communication and customer engagement capability
• Ability to manage workloads across multiple locations
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
