The Opportunity:
You will be part of the Komatsu Tom Price branch, ensuring parts ordering, warehouse operations, and facilities are managed and maintained. 

In the parts function, you will receive customer enquiries and provide customer quotes, orders, detailed progress reports and routine updates. Sourcing parts and liaising with relevant departments and the customer to fulfil the requirement. Warehouse duties to receive, store, and dispatch parts for our customers, including secure picking, packing and dispatching of parts. 

Additionally, responsible for the coordination of facility maintenance activities and compliance, including service equipment and tooling.

Role Located: Tom Price, WA – Residential 
Roster: Monday to Friday

What we are looking for:
•    Experience in a warehouse or storeperson position or parts interpretation 
•    Computer skills: Previous experience using dynamics is advantageous 
•    Driver’s licence and valid forklift licence
•    Ability to work unsupervised and ensure a high standard of safety
•    Experience dealing with customers and building strong relationships
•    Understanding of inventory management systems
• Commitment to occupational health and safety
