Your role as the Service Manager is to lead the service department at our  Newman – Branch in Western Australia.

This opportunity is leading the success of our regional service teams across the East Pilbara. You will be liaising with our clients to further develop business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer service.  

 

As the Service Manager you will also manage the progress of service jobs and people supporting multiple clients. You will be responsible for creating a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members are acting in a safety focused manner.

To be successful in the this role, you must have experience effectively leading large teams across multiple work sites.

The package for this role includes housing, fleet vehicle, laptop, company phone, and bonus.
 

 

Roster: Monday to Friday (10-12 hours per day)

 

Role Located:  Newman - Branch (FIFO or Residential)

what we are looking for:

  • Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills in the maintenance industry
  • Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management
  • Willing to recruit, develop, coach & manage team members
  • Ability to build on a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments
  • Background in mining and earth moving industry or similar experience
  • Ability to analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly
