The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and take full ownership of branch operations?

 

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the total operational performance of our Newcastle branch. With a team of 5 direct reports and 25-30 indirect reports, this is a key leadership role that requires a strong focus on customer service delivery, operational efficiency, safety and compliance, and team culture.

 

You will be leading the branch to achieve key business objectives, while ensuring exceptional support to our customers. You will work closely with the Regional Operations, Regional Support and Aftermarket Sales teams to drive continuous improvement and manage revenue streams.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Strong leadership experience, ideally in a Customer Service, Operations Supervisor/Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L and expense budgets.
  • Ability to analyse operational performance and implement effective solutions.
  • High standard of customer service, and a strong understanding of aftermarket operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strong safety focus with the ability to effectively manage and assess workplace risk.
  • Technically competent in MS Office, SAP, Dynamics AX or other ERP systems.
  • Trade Qualification (desirable)
