Our Mudgee branch is home to an experienced and close-knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service across the region. We're now looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead that team, providing coaching, direction and operational leadership while continuing to build on its strong reputation.


Leading a team of approximately 15 technicians and support staff, you'll oversee the day-to-day service operation, driving safety, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational performance. From managing WIP and utilisation to developing your people and strengthening customer relationships, you'll play a key role in the continued success of the branch.

Role Location: Mudgee, NSW

What we are looking for:

  • Previous leadership experience within heavy equipment, construction, mining or a similar industry
  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification
  • Strong understanding of workshop or field service operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing KPIs, WIP, productivity and utilisation
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Financial awareness including cost control and operational performance
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality
