Our Mudgee branch is looking for a Service Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day service operation and provide leadership, direction and support to a team of approximately 15 technicians and support staff.
This role is about more than managing the workflow. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, support and develop your team, drive safety and productivity, and help ensure the service operation continues to perform at a high level.

What we are looking for:
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification
- Previous experience leading, supervising or coordinating a technical or trades-based team
- Experience in a workshop, field service, fleet or similar operational environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and develop others
- Understanding of WIP, productivity, utilisation and service performance
- Customer-focused approach with strong organisational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
We're open to backgrounds beyond traditional mining and construction equipment. Your trade and leadership experience could come from light automotive, agriculture, trucks and trailers, road transport, heavy vehicle or other technical service environments.
