The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised Branch Administrator to support our Mudgee branch with a mix of customer service, administration, and coordination duties.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support the branch across administration, invoicing, HSE coordination and customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the branch.
- Manage customer enquiries (phone & face-to-face).
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and vehicle coordination.
- Maintain safety and compliance registers.
- Coordinate travel, calendars and office supplies.
- Support service operations and reporting.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in an administration or service support role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with solid data entry accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Experience with SAP (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence.
