The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated Parts & Service Advisor to join our Mount Isa branch. This is a fantastic entry point into the heavy equipment industry for someone with parts, service, warehouse or admin experience who wants to build a long‑term career with a global leader.

In this role, you’ll support both internal teams and external customers with parts enquiries, service administration, work order processing, inventory tasks and general branch support. You’ll become a key part of the branch operations, keeping jobs moving, ensuring accurate data, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full‑time role, permanent position with core hours being 8:00am – 5:00pm – Monday to Friday.

Role Located:  Mount Isa

What You Will Be Doing

• Processing invoices, purchase orders and work orders accurately and on time
• Monitoring WIP and ensuring jobs are opened/closed correctly
• Assisting with timesheet and payroll administration
• Entering and maintaining accurate data across mainframe systems
• Supporting warranty case processing
• Preparing quotes and assisting with tenders
• Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ordering parts and managing parts enquiries
• Supporting warehouse tasks including stock control, 5S and goods receipting
• Liaising with freight providers and suppliers
• Assisting with stocktakes and general branch operations
• Providing updates to customers on backorders, deliveries and job status

What we are looking for:

• Experience in parts, service, warehouse, inventory or admin
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Suite + ability to learn mainframe systems)
• Mechanical aptitude or understanding of earthmoving equipment (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• A current driver’s licence (forklift licence advantageous)
• Someone who wants to grow their career within a global OEM
